Shipping
Domestic (India) Orders are dispatched within 10–15 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹2,499.
International We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 10–15 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, email us at hello@totatelier.com with your order number.
Exchange/Returns
Please note that all purchases are final. As each piece is uniquely designed by us, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Size Guide
Our garments are cut for a relaxed, considered fit. All measurements below are body measurements in centimetres.

If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed drape. For specific measurements of any piece, email us and we will measure the garment for you before it ships.
Garment Care
Care instructions are sewn into every piece. As a general guide:
- Cotton and linen — Hand wash in cold water or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Dry in shade. Iron on medium heat while slightly damp.
- Silk and silk blends — Hand wash only with a mild detergent. Do not wring. Lay flat to dry. Iron on low with a cloth between the iron and fabric.
- Block-print fabrics — Wash separately for the first two washes as natural dyes may bleed slightly. This is normal and settles with washing.
- All garments — Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Store folded, not hung, to preserve shape over time.
Treating your clothes with care is the single best thing you can do for them — and for the environment.
